Sudrajat: Non Executive Chairman (born in 1949) – Mr Sudrajat had a long career spanning over 30 years in the Indonesian Army before retiring in 1999 as Major General. He was the Defense Attaché in the Indonesian Embassy in Washington and London. He has recently retired as the Indonesian Ambassador to China. Currently, Mr Sudrajat is in the board of SEAAB (South East Asia Advisory Board) of Rolls-Royce Group plc. He has received numerous awards and citations within Indonesia and has a Masters degree in Public Administration from Harvard University (USA).

 

Sanusi H: Chief Executive Officer (born in 1961) – Mr Sanusi started his career in 1978 as a wholesaler in the trading of gold, silver and subsequently went downstream to jewelry manufacturing for these mineral/jewelry products. Thereafter, Mr Sanusi went into the trading of Zinc ore, and started to acquire a number of mining concessions in Indonesia with the intention of moving his mineral & metal business upstream.

 

 
Mr. Sanusi is familiar with the business culture in Indonesia and China. He has experience in running his businesses through his offices in the Hong Kong, China, US, Malaysia and Indonesia for the past 25 years. He is fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia and English. Mr. Sanusi is familiar with mining engineering works and their processing techniques. These were obtained throughout his over 6 years of research and managing the since established Mining Company. He maintains a wide network of contacts in China as well as an International network in the mineral trade involving mining, processing and trading of these metals.


Wilson A. Banda:  Chief Technical Officer (born in 1958) - A qualified Mining Engineer  with over 20 years of extensive exploration, operational & management experience within listed mining and mining services companies in the Southern African region. He obtained his MBA qualification from City University in London, a Certificate in Advanced Mining Technology from Lulea University in Sweden and a Certificate in Rock Blasting Techniques from Gyttorp in Sweden. In 1996 he became part of Anglo American (Zimbabwe) Plc Executive Committee (EXECOM) and Safety Health & Environment (SHE) Committee, and placed in charge of BNC’s Shangani Nickel mine. He was appointed Centserve Director of Rio Tinto (Zimbabwe) Plc in 2003 with full P&L responsibility for Renco Gold mine and later as head of the RioZim technical division responsible for the group exploration and organic growth of the organization. In 2007 he was appointed Managing Director for Orica Mining Services (Zambia) Ltd and appointed to the Orica Zambia Board in August 2007. 

 

 

 

 

He is an associate member of the British Institute of Management (ABIM) and Member of the Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (IMM).


Tony O'Sullivan: Executive Director (Born in 1966) - Mr. O'Sullivan has 24 years of industry experience, 15 of which were with BHP Billiton and most recently 7 years experience as the Chief Operating Officer at Nautilus Minerals. He has experience across the full spectrum of the mining industry ranging from exploration, project development, operations and marketing.  He was the first employee at Nautilus Minerals and was involved with the company’s listing on the TSX and London AIM and with the company’s capital raising efforts as well as leading the project development and marketing efforts.  During that time the company completed a number of world first achievements including the first 43 101 compliant deep-sea mineral resource, first environmental permit for a deep sea mine and first deep sea mining lease.  Mr O’Sullivan holds both a BSc (Hons) and MSc from the University of Western Australia and is a Fellow of Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.


Voo Kim Seng:
Non Executive Director (born in 1955) – Mr Voo has been involved with the Company since its inception. He has over 25 years of experience as a CFO/Finance Manager in construction, manufacturing and trading sectors with both local and multinational corporations. Mr Voo was formerly the Senior Finance & Administrative head of a large electronic manufacturing company in Singapore. He also has working experience in China, Indonesia and Hong Kong. He is involved in the Company’s activities in China including negotiations with strategic partners. Mr Voo is fluent in Mandarin and English and he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Nanyang University. He is a qualified CPA and a member of the Singapore Institute of Public Accountants.
 
 
Hans Tedja Saputra: Joint Operations Director for Domestic Affairs (born in 1941) – Mr Hans has been involved with the company since 2008. He holds a degree in Economics and spent over 33 years in the Indonesian financial / banking industry, interspersed with senior management roles in other businesses. His vast experience in the financial industry stretches way back into the seventies where he joined the American Express Bank (and remained in their employment for 14 years). Thereafter, he served as the chief executive in a few other local Indonesian banks, helping to manage as well as, to impart his extensive banking knowledge to those institutions for which he was engaged. Mr Hans presently acts as a Senior Advisor to a key foreign bank in Indonesia.
 

Jia Bingfu:
Joint Operations Director for China Affairs (born in 1953) – Mr Jia has been involved with the company since 2008. He graduated from Sichuan University in 1977. He has been engaged in water conservancy and electric power industry with a long term career for construction of large hydroelectric projects at home and abroad, especially for international contracting and risk management, and was head of project co-ordination office for the 2nd largest hydro-electric plant in China (the Ertan Hydro-Power Station financed partially by the World Bank loan) and as General Manager of a magnesium Refinery. Mr. Jia has extensive experience in managing projects from the construction stage to their full production. He is also a member of China Water Conservancy and Power Generating Association, with fluent in Mandarin and English

Mervyn Cragg: Advisor (born in 1961)  – Mr Cragg has been working in Asia in the corporate finance and accounting fields for over 25 years both in public practice and the private sector and has been specifically involved in assignments in Indonesia since the mid 1980’s. He has been actively involved in negotiating mining related deals for the past 8 years.

Mr Cragg is currently a non-executive director at a general insurance company, Federal Phoenix Assurance Corp., where he is chairman of the Executive and Audit Committees, and the CFO of a China based gold mining and exploration group which is quoted on the OTCBB in the USA. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Member of the Chartered Securities & Investment Institute, UK and a Member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute.
 
 
Li Kai Wen: Advisor (born in 1938) – Mr Li joined the Company since 2007 and since he plays a significant role in the strategic formulation for the Company’s entire engineering plan. He was instrumental to the Feasibility Study of the Company’s S Tuboh project from its beginning to completion. Mr Li was the former Chief Engineer of Mining & Metallurgy Bureau of China Nuclear Industry Group (中国核工业集团公司矿冶局), well known expert in the mining industry of China.
 
Graduated from Zhongnan University (中南大学), Mr Li has been engaged in the mine production, but has also undertaken scientific research and design along with the technical management of projects. He has published academic thesis and books in excess of 3 million characters and was awarded a number of times by the National Defense Technology Award (国防科技奖), also awarded in 2004 the second prize of Advance of China National Technology (中国国家科技进步二等奖). 
 
Currently, Mr Li is still the Deputy Secretary General of United Association of China Mining Industry (中国矿业联合协会), Executive Director of China Association of Engineering Explosion (中国工程爆破协会), Technical Advisor of China Export and Import Bank (中国进出口银行), appointed expert of China International Engineering Consulting Corporation (中国国际工程咨询公司), Technical Advisor of China Nuclear Jinyuan Uranium Corporation and China Nuclear Overseas Uranium Corporation (中国核工业金源铀业公司、海外铀业公司), guest professor of China Nanhua University (中国南华大学).
